After finishing the registration process, you can print the registration fee invoice, which has the information needed for making the registration payment
Oral and poster presenters will receive the registration fee invoice after the abstract acceptance notification has been sent by email/li>
Notes:
Students who are awarded a scholarship are exempted from paying the registration fee.
Fees do not include meals during the event (unless explicitly stated). Participants can use campus cafeterias or nearby restaurants.
Scholarship awardees are required to contribute either an oral or poster presentation, and must indicate their choice during registration.
The excursion & dinner fees are not included with the main registration transfer — it is collected separately at the event (or via a separate payment link) if participants opt in.
After payment, please upload proof of transfer by log-in to registration system.
Your registration is confirmed only after we receive the payment and proof of transfer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refund will be given after you have registered.
If the event is canceled by the organizer (e.g. due to force majeure), a full refund or credit may be arranged.
