Presentation Requirement
There are two presentation formats: oral and poster.
Presenters are required to submit an abstract for consideration to be accepted for either an oral or a poster presentation.
The presentation format will be determined by the selection committee.

The selected presenters are required to present their work as an oral presentation.
Presentation slides must be written in English and the title must match the submitted abstract.

Poster Presentation Guideline

The selected presenters are required to present their work as a poster presentation.
Posters must be written in English and the title must match the submitted abstract.
Posters must be displayed for the entire day as part of the Exhibition Gallery on March 23 to 25, 2026
Poster Sessions
12:00 PM - 13:00 PM on March 23-25, 2026 ** Presenters are expected to stand by their posters during their assigned session for discussions and evaluation.
Poster Format
Orientation: Portrait (upright)
Maximum size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm)
Content should include: research topic, objectives, methods, results & discussion, conclusion/summary, list of researchers and affiliations.
Poster Setup
Mounting: Monday, 23 March 2026, from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
Location: Hallway, 2nd Floor, M Building Please mount your poster on the panel marked with your assigned number. Mounting materials will be provided on-site.
Poster Removal
Posters must be taken down by 4:00 PM on March 25, 2026.
Best Oral and Poster Presentation Awards
Judging assignments: Each judge is assigned posters that match their field of expertise.
Evaluation process: Judges review and score only the posters assigned to them.
Fairness: All posters are evaluated equally. Judges are not informed whether a presentation belongs to the Student, New Investigator, or General category.
Scoring: Scores from all judges are compiled and tallied within each category to determine the overall winners.
