    My research interests are in applied mathematics and mathematical physics. My mathematical work is generally focused on development and analysis of mathematical models. For the most part these models are formulated as nonlinear partial differential equations with boundary and initial conditions called as initial boundary value problem (IBVP). I am interested in the derivation of these equations, their asymptotic behaviour. I am also interested in developing numerical techniques for the solution of IBVP involving fluid dynamics, heat transfer, electromagnetic field, granular flow, and multiphase flow. Most applications include blood flow in the small vessel, molten steel flow in the electromagnetic CC process, granular flow in silo, microalgae flow in the HTLP, and fluid-solid flow in micro tube.
